Focus and Scope

Jurnal Pemberdayaan Sosial dan Masyarakat (JPSM) is an interdisciplinary journal that publishes scholarly works on social and community empowerment, capacity building, community development, and applied initiatives that contribute to sustainable social and economic transformation. The journal welcomes empirical, applied, participatory, and interdisciplinary studies involving individuals, communities, educational institutions, organizations, businesses, government institutions, and other stakeholders.

JPSM focuses on research and community-based initiatives that address real-world challenges through education, training, mentoring, technology, collaboration, innovation, and capacity development. Manuscripts are expected to demonstrate clear relevance to empowerment processes and, where appropriate, provide evidence of outcomes, implementation, or social impact.
